Resistance Self-Study + 3 Individual Mentor Coaching Sessions

ICF Approval: This 12-hour Resistance course is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 12 CCE’s (11 Core Competency, 1 Resource Development).

The course is 100% self-study with material accessed through an online learning portal and completed independently.

The Add-On Individual Mentor Coaching Sessions will count as 3 Individual Mentor Coaching hours. We would recommend scheduling the sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of your time working through the Coaching Through Resistance course material in order to support your application of the concepts.
